Refund & Returns Policy

We stand behind every Zipdee hoodie we send out. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with tags attached
  • In its original packaging

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no questions asked.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at hello@thezipdee.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer
  • Sale items (unless faulty)
