At The ZipDee, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review and resolve the matter promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery

  • Hygiene-sensitive or personal care items (where applicable)

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, size, or color, please return the eligible product and place a new order once your return has been approved.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment service.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving a defective or incorrect item).
